ABOUT CASA V MIZATA

CASA V started with a sunset.

In 2009, Rodolfo Oviedo Vega, Salvadoran-french artist and founder, discovered Mizata for the first time. The black sand, the quiet, the light at the end of the day. He bought the land that same year and spent the next decade coming back, watching the tide, waiting for the right moment.

In 2022, he built it. In one year, from the ground up, using recycled shipping containers, reclaimed materials, and his own hands. Every space was designed by him. Every detail considered. Original artworks hang in each unit, because a place to sleep can also be a place to feel something.

CASA V is not a hotel. It is a small collection of spaces built with intention, on a beach that still belongs to the people who live there. Few businesses, fewer crowds, just the ocean, the mountain, the river, and the sky at sunset.

Come to slow down. Stay longer than you planned.
